The only thing I don't understand is why this suddenly became an issue now.
LotC was granted ownership of the former New Empire land (accept the area
given to Inner Circle) at the signing of the Yellowleaf accord in turn 52.
Why did you, and others, wait 8 turns to voice your displeasure with this
arrangement?
