You know there are some of us that don't get this Azrain thing at all. If
everybody is so worried worried about the city, then find a way to
accomidate both sides.
For instance, allow the closing of the city as it is within the LOTC's
right to do so, but on the condition that the LOTC cannot use it as a
seaport, which gives Plato want they want. There are plenty of neutral
parties available that will glady carry whatever LOTC needs, so no LOTC
nobles sailing from Azrain should be a problem.
Just a new guy trying to help. Hope I don't offend anyone.
