uR collegue is right. When the archer istacked under an archer noble in
the front line (behind 0) his missile rating is still 75 and will fight with
his missile rating i.e. fire hsi missiles. When he is stacked under a noble
who doesnt have skill 615 he fights with an attack rating of 10 when he is
in the front and wont fire his missiles. when he is in the rear he wont do
anything at all then until his line becomes the front line.

the difference is: when he is in the rear he cant get hurt until his line
becomes the front line. when he is in the front he can be taken out by a
single hit delivered by cheaper fighters.
