Naval combat is tricky. The program assumes you cannot truely see who
is on a ship. Setting the passangers as Hostile does not work, for
example, you have to set the SHIP id as hostile.

So I guess maybe the system might have designed it so that nobles in
ships are immune to Aura Blasts. This might not be a bug.

g1 vets, help me out on this. Were people on ships immune to Aura Blasting
in g1 as well?
