More bugs:

A noble that has only partially learned SFW and is executed (don't know if
this happens when a noble is killed in combat) will still "miraculously"
survive.

Auraculating doesn't require any mithril. This might be fixed now, as it
was reported quite a few turns ago. The mithril _might_ be required to be
present, but the actual auruculum doesn't remove any from the inventory.
