What is being lost/owed is the Employer's ability to "hire" another worker
to replace the one he lost, whether to his own negligence in not paying the
noble, or even if the noble is bribed away from him by another "company".
If you have the resources, e.g. Noble Points, to be able to hire 12
workers, and you loose 1, your resources should not have gone away, just
the worker. (thus the term "contract" is used)
And that is not the case in this instance, and in that respect it is a bug
and should be addressed.
