I am not saying Sir Codric is right and I am not saying he is wrong.
But If I was attacked by a medium sized force, then I will retaliate.
And when I do so I have to make sure that the offending party understands
that if he ever tried this again he will be destroyed completely.

Cordic did the same thing I would. He showed that if attacked he could respond
with a force 10 times larger than the initial aggressors. In fact I think Sir Codric
Showed some restrain. All he did was wipe out a couple of garrisons...
not very costly...40-50 soliders??
Imagine what damage he could inflict on other structures, mines, inns, maybe even
an attempt at a castle?
All he did(so far) was to show that he was not to be messed with.

Now I don't know the entire story here so I can not say Cordic was right/wrong.
But IMHO if he was attacked first(not talking about insults) then he had the _right_ to
retailiate.

Cliff,

(too much work and not enough time)
