So Seehawk and these others basically believe that the guy with the army can
attack whoever he wants, and the other nobles in the area should notify the
general of their neutrality and beg his leave not to be attacked.
Quite simply, this is ass backwards. Generals are supposed to scout their
enemies and sort combatants from neutrals.
However, if that is the Olympia consensus, I am happy to live by it. As a
guy with a lot of troops to throw around, this will make my life easy very
often.
