When it is about troops or horses or other animals, you can detect
use of garrisons without your vision method.

No, all we did was destroy every ship we could and attack nearby garrisons
but sure, we never announced our allegiance so you can
accuse of of everything you want.

info and contact the right person ??

I can't remember asking for these childish remarks but I'll just
pretend I didn't see this.
I do not feel the need to start another flame war, this list is not
