The Brotherhood has cleared over 20 garrisons from the Eastern Harn and the
Horselands in the last year or two. Both these areas are one to two months
ride from Harn and the areas are almost all wilderness.
The Lords don't really want them (Well I don;t think they do) they just
don;t want any of the old Harn artistoracy having them. I'm sure they'd like
a little border state or two to give them a buffer. I'm sure the Tanstagi
and Southmarche wouldn;t mind being a bit further removed from the Lords.
Send out the couriers, cut a deal, TALK TO PEOPLE and think laterally.
