I'm still finding new provinces to garrison. Old players are indeed
dropping out, and new players are need to fill those gaps. The NP
requirement to field a castle garrisoning <sp?> team is prohibitive. One
faction effectively working two castle sights? At this point in the game,
its unlikely or the faction isn't spreading the Beastmastery skill around
liberally enough!
Anyways, my point is that I think the older factions welcome capable
newcomers to fill gaps left by departures. Opportunity is out there...
