2. You want to negotiate in public, so be it.
3. I am the leader and official representative of the Musketeers. You never
inquired of me as to the status of bt55 before invading our lands. The fact
that Captain Bob squatted in the castle upon Random's unexpected departure
does not make him the lawful owner or put the territory in play.
4. Any fool with a scout can see that the few provinces controlled by the
bt55 castle are completely surrounded by Musketeer lands. A johnny come
lately like the second leader of the young Ergoth nation might take that as a
sign of a more complicated ownership situation.
5. Capt Bob negotiated a payment to you as apology for his land grabbing,
and attempted to fulfill his obligation in good faith. Your reneging on the
agreement reveals Ergoth as liars and bullies spoiling for a fight.
6. You knowingly marched through Musketeer terroritory to reach bt55. At
best this can be regarded as a violation of neutral territory. You ignored
our request for an explanation of these troops last turn. Of course if you
had responded we would have instructed you to turn your raiders around and go
back to your own lands.
The Rimmon Musketeers now formally and publicly ask our good neighbors, the
Syr Antin and TIBS, to intercede diplomatically and negotiate a peaceful
withdrawal of the Ergoth forces from bt55 and other Musketeer lands.
We prefer that TIBS and Syr Antin communicate with the Musketeers privately
on these issues.
