50% of the cities will buy Ivory (on average). If the find buyer
fails once it will always fail in that city. See an old times issue
if you want the creators take on this but the above statement is true
as per Rich. If you think about it, it is the only way you could do
it or the good would be passed from trader to trader until someone
was successful or the same trader would just keep trying until
he succeeded in the current city.
