Is it necessary to use the Find Tradegood skill to make use the Find Market
skill? That is, does a trade good become visible to everyone once someone
uses the Find Tradegood skill?

For instance: I can see the city selling ivory at my current location.
Could I just Find a Market for that item, buy some, and go?
