Aura Blast protection

Just be thankful the Speed Cast and "save speed cast" has been
eliminated.

Although I was not involved with any campaigns in g1, I don't recall
all the Aura Blasts we are seeing in this one. Part of the reason
is the time it takes to move. In an effort to restrict huge armies
it has effectively made it simpler to predict where they will be
on a given day. We still have large armies, but not as large. They move
more slowly, and thus you can Cast an Aura Blast with the certainty
that your target cannot escape it fast enough.

The trouble is, I think the movement restriction/slowdown rule is a
good one.

The Amulet item sounds good, though.
