It's hard to know what to put in. In this case, one of my friends
figured this out a couple of weeks ago. It turns out that another ally
had figured this out in g1, probably 1+ years ago. He may have even
mentioned it at the time, and then I forgot. Beats me. So if I rewrote
the rules, I'd never get a complete set.
BTW, I don't think you can use this to destroy a structure. A
structure is not a "character" like a garrison is.
