All nobles under the leader are considered to be "walking/riding." They
can not perform any action while the stack is moving. If they began
studying before moving, then the studying is paused and they continue when
the stack stops.

Each wait has to be written as a seperate line. You just simply put one
after another.

It is fixed. You must now have completed SFW to get the benefit.
