Ok, so the lay to rest action is broken. The rules also state that if a
noble simply deserts, the NP's generally and eventually return to the player.
(I'm looking at the DEATH section of the rules here.) Is the bug triggered
by using Lay to Rest or are the NP's gone for good no matter the
circumstances?

Anyone else (besides me) had a noble go wandering with no priests handy?

Has anyone tried to bribe back an AWOL noble of their own?
