I've lost 5 np's since turn 1. I sent Rich numerous reports detailing my
losses. I never got any response.

The rules state:
[] All compensation given for bugs is solely at the discretion of the GM.

So Rich gets to choose who he gives compensation to. He can ignore your
emails and all the evidence you present to him and there is nothing you can
do.

[] Effects for minor bugs are assumed to even out across most players
[] over the course of the game, so compensation is usually granted only
[] for bugs which have seriously impacted a player.

As I tried to explain to Rich, losing 5 nobles had a serious impact on my
position. I never even got a response.

>All I want is service for the $ I pay, so again Rich: SOLVE IT!!!

Just assume that there will never be any compensation for any bugs. That
section of the rules is from G1. Rich forgot to change it, just like all of
the other errors from the G1->G2 changes.

I've learned that if you are not a friend of Rich, it is almost impossible
to get any game support. If you don't like the way Rich runs his game, your
last recourse is to quit. I did.
