I agree this bug should be solved (I thought I'd heard that
it was supposedly already solved???) but also note that many
dozens of factions have lost NPs due to this bug over the
last two years. If there are plans to give back any lost NPs
you'd have to do it across the board to all factions who've
tried to get back their lost NPs for the past two years and
not just to the vociferous Cappy. I know of at least two
factions who have dropped out at least in part due to their
frustration in not getting this bug addressed.
