This is not a bug, and has never been a bug.
SFW in G2 is not suppose to cost an NP, and if you read the rules that
would be very clear to you. However if you continue to read the lore
pages as if they are some grand extension of the rules you are wrong.
Lore sheets are in a separate database from the rules, which turns out
to be a shame, since the two are not changed in parallel.
