Cute. Could have used this one myself a very long time ago.

I suggest that you may well be in error with regards as to how long this
bug has been known about, how long it has been reported, and how long it
has even existed.

Known.
I didn't follow that part of the war that closely while the Illustrated
Man was still amongst us, so _I_ may be in error. If I recall correctly,
the Lords deftly trapped a PLATO army on Provinia with Barriers. As
Oleg is a rather prominant member of PLATO, I would have thought that
this ploy would have been used _then_ if it had been known then.

Reported.
OOC, I have exchange messages with Oleg's "controller" since g1.
Not all of them have been "cordial". I honestly believe that
as soon as "Greg" knows about a bug, he tells "Rich". If you
saw him use this 3 turns ago, then I suggest he reported it 4+
turns ago.

Existed.
>From personal experience in g1, I can tell you that one of the
reasons Rich is so "long" in fixing bugs is because of the _NEW_
bugs those fixes can [and do] create.

I firmly believe the NPC movement bug is a direct result of the
prisoner bug fix. It could very well be that a fix on the movement
bug caused the flying bug.

Or maybe the bug has been there since turn 1 g1 and no one ever noticed
it before. Wouldn't _that_ be a "kick"?

As with all bugs, I hope this one is fixed. Definitely changes how
the game is played. I suppose we will be seeing it a lot. Use at
your own risk. Rich has told everyone he fixes bugs with no prior
warning. I'd love to see some huge stack stuck somewhere it does
not want to be because it was exploiting this.
