This is disappointing to say the least. To exploit a bug which allowed
nobles to have greater than 100 fear is one thing. To exploit this one
which is dramatically game unbalancing is another. And to argue that this
isn't a bug is ridiculous. In my mind, it's poor gamesmanship at best and
cheating at worst.

Until Rich gets this fixed, I don't imagine that appealing to players to
play by the rules would help huh? Probably not. Too many players looking
for any edge they can get or trying to equalize the playing field against
their enemies.
