Not to my knowledge, no. Have you, or has anyone, actually
used HOSTILE ALL and observed its effects?
Note that in the rules, ADMIT is the only order shown to allow
the ALL qualifier (ACCEPT also sort of does by using "0" instead
of "all"). The description for HOSTILE is silent on the issue
of whether it is legal to use ALL. Admittedly, the HOSTILE
description does explicitely say that HOSTILE faction_id *does*
work, which I believe is incorrect, so the fact that ALL is not
discussed is not a proof one way or the other.
Anyway .. it is my belief that neither HOSTILE ALL nor HOSTILE faction_id
have any effect; does anyone have direct experiance with this either way?
