The blame, as the Seehawk noted, is being shifted here. Most nobles don't
go about with a 'hostile 0' set. It's not the default position. The
default is to defend your own faction's nobles and be hostile to the enemy
units you've discovered through scries and visions and scouts.

I know some will never believe that, so I'm going to keep my IDs to
myself and load up my ship with a full military escort. If I or anyone
else were truly trying to pick a fight, the ship(s) would take an unusual
course rather than following its normal route. If this ship still loses,
it's nothing a blast won't take care of easily.
