I'd have know what account balance was before I came to any conclusion on
this. If it was -$20 or so, I would have thought a note beforehand would
have been appropriate. If the account was at say, -$50, then I think Rich
did the right thing. It would have appeared that he was being taken
advantage of, with no intention of ever paying. I mean, -$25 is a full 10
weeks of turns. Not to mention plenty of turns beforehand to get the money
in on time. What happens if you fail to pay your phone bill? Your gas and
electric? Sometimes they give you an extra month, sometimes they don't.
