Uncalled for actions by the moderator

It has come to my attention that Rich has issued quit orders for at least two
factions that were still very much active in the game because they had a
negative payment balance. One of these factions is a VERY prominent member of
the Olympia world, but both have been around since turn 1.

The quit orders came on Friday with little or no warning.

In one case, two account status reports, and the Quit acknowledgement were
received at the same time.
In the other case, the Quit acknowledgement was received 1 hour BEFORE an
account status report.

Is this happening to anybody else out there?

Clearing the deadwood is understandable, and encouraged, but quitting an
obviously active account without adequate warning is completely uncalled for.

If this is Rich's idea of customer service, this paying customer may find
another PBEM. I'll be damned if I'm going to pay money, even $2.50/week, to a
moderator who shows this little regard for his customers.

Inattentiveness is one thing. Blatant disregard for customers is quite
another.
