Actually, TAG is the complete brainchild of Scott (SRT). Rich is only
an advisor to TAG - he has blessed the use of his code, and is
hosting it on his server, but is not actively running it. And a close-
ended game is the original wargame - some of us like a winner-loser
type of game :^)
