Don't have the required 1,000 gold for an offering.
We have determined with previous failures that the amount of gold is detemined
by the number of noble points invested in the body. However, this is an
optimum test: adequate gold, adequate noble points available, use 753 done
first. Resurrection just plain isn't working.
