My idea exactly, you could just send a noble into enemy territory with all
control items, let him surrender. Then you could kill all the NPC's the
enemy just acquired having him lose all noble points you just gained !!!!!!
This is dangerous, it is not a choice anymore to transfer NP's, it is a
tactic that works.
