I bet Skip probably has already -- after all, most of us believe
strongly that bugs should be reported. However, given Skip's
explanation style, it's not clear that there is any bug, or that Skip
will successfully explain it to Rich. This is why I am attempting to
get Skip to explain more, to see if there is a real bug or not.

History tells us that Rich is unlikely to reply to the bug report, bug
or no bug, fixed or not.
