Promote moves a noble below you to just above you in the location
but you would have to stack under him after promoting him to keep
the stack together.

What is the sense of that? I see now where that is shown in one of the
examples in the rules but it's a damned poor example and easy to miss. This
bi-product should be pointed out more if not eliminated. I personally would
rather see it eliminated. Is there a list of what should be changed in G3 or
was that just talk?
