Thats a good point. I suppose my 'employee/employer' example might not be
quite the same as what happens in the game. If an employer loses an
employee, they still lose all that was ever invested by that company in
that employee. Training, etc. To hire another one they just need cash to
pay for one, they don't have a finite resource like we do with the noble
points.

Maybe I tried to compare this fantasy world with the real world just a bit
too much. I still think it needs to hurt a little more to lose a noble
than what the rules states, but I'm sure if any correction at all is made,
it will be the one to change the game to match the rules.
