Jackal is a south-west Provinian Alliance.
A minor point, but Jackal (a Provnian alliance) is in fact not bound by the
Accord at all. This does not mean that if I launched an attack on the IC
it wouldn't spark a retaliation against Eagle. End of the day the Accord
is only bits of electonic data unless we are all committed to its goals.
