Problem I believe here is that, some believe that if Captain Arg (sp) or other
outside forces attack or defend anyone on Provonia for any reason... it could
pull both Plato and EA back to Provonia.

Now I hate to say the following but the idea behind the Accord/treaty was to
prevent this from happening again. The fact that it is no longer turn 55 or
other technicalities aside I believe that was the intent.

I could be way off here, but I to grow tired of reading many of these yellowleaf
messages and delete most after a quick scan.
