2a) I noticed, a turn back or so, in one of the Public turn
reports, the Deastmastery dosen't seem to cost an NP anymore.
On that same turn, a dead noble of mine (he had contract-100
when he died), who new Beastmastery, passed on. He should have
returned 2 NP's (1 for form, one for Beastmastery), but only
returned 1.
