Well that's too bad, since that's how this whole thing got started. The
LotC agreed & then violated the border agreements with the IC & HARN.
That HARN responded with violence is IMHO totally approrpiate. They
they've been criticized for this is shameful. All this has been
outlined on the G-2 list & in the Times.

Who's that? I have heard it said that a certain "Mark," the existence
of whom I can in no way verify, controlls my actions. I say only that
Captain Arrr is not beholden to any "Mark" but to my master, who is
