After watching the thread go on endlessly, it has become clear to us
that a statement from the Lords is necessary.
The treaty and the negotiations proceeding it meant for all ressource
collection in the Yellowleaf-Azrain region area to be free to all
newbies.
This will not change, in fact any newbies willing to discuss elaboration
on this rule in regards to themselves are welcome to do so. We already
have a working relationship with several newbies in the area and we
haven't heard any complaints yet.
As far as the trading rights in the aforementioned cities is concerned,
we agree that the treaty is vague on that point. It is still undecided
whether trade should be included in "ressource collection", but in the
spirit of the treaty we will not deny any newbies the right to trade.
We therefore declare Yellowleaf and Azrain open for trading to all
newbies.
