The fact - Soviets lost at the end but in Olympia numbers not moral
state counts

Perhaps you are right - we still do not know whether Sir Codric has
another army in "de-garissoned" provinces - as far as i know it is not
sees since garrisons are not present any more.

is that using a bug or without it - i was talking about not normal
movement speed but army - more soldiers than noble can manage.
