Interesting. All I can say, Andrew, is that we have all know about this
for awhile, and since Rich isn't real quick on fixing bugs these days my
policy has been to play them as if they were the rules until further
notice.

That said, this turn a noble of mine with a mounted force took an extra
day to leave an inner location:

5: One noble, ten men: travel will take an extra day.

But moved from province to province at full speed.

Weird.
