Actually, I imagine you can confirm it yourself. Simply request the injured
party
provide you with the 4 hexes where his garrison was lost and use Scrying,
Orbs or
Priests to determine if the data you received was accurate or not.

I also think it will be safe to assume that neither the Harn Confederacy nor
its nominal allies will await any "Independant Council's" ruling as to
whether or not
this attack becomes "officially" recognized as "real". Delaying aid until
the rest
of us are satisfied as to what is going on is being honestly represented.

What I would personally like to see is:
1. The treaty that set the Harn/LoC boder.
2. A more detailed explanation of the opening statement by Stuart LaGavlin:

"While we can understand that he was upset at the humiliation suffered at
the hands of Khamath we had hoped he would avoid confrontation with the full
Harn Confederacy."

Mayhap the LoC have a "just cause" in this case, despite their being
portrayed as
the "Evil Empire". After all, how long ago was it that the Inner Circle was
considered such, wrongfully so, we subsequently learned.

And perhaps not.

This certainly arouses my interest more than "up holding newbie rights at
Azrain"
ever did.

Jim
