This is needless speculation. The reality is that every alliance in
the world has a range of individuals with a range of opinions.
However, most (like Plato) are united by common goals and a lot of
trust... if if you could hear us disagreeing in private, you would
expect that Plato would spend all of its time in civil war... but at
the end of the day, we end up agreeing.
