carried away here.
Alright, we have a situation, an offer to end the situation has been put
forward. A representative of PLATO has put forward that just opening the
area to unrestricted access is all it takes. Now all we need is LOTC's
reply.
If LOTC agrees to this, then it is up to LOTC to enforce it on their side
and PLATO to enforce it on theirs. That's it.
Let's see what LOTC has to say first. If they agree and one side or the
other can't control their members and this escalates, then you can deal with
that when it occurs.
Of course I'd like to see how someone would deal with a rouge faction
within an alliance. I'm the curious type.
