I accused you of what? and how was it rude?
my post merely pointed out that, over the last week, several members of Plato
have "taken to the airwaves" and voiced their opinions on what this matter was
really about. Ming went so far as to say that he didn't care what Captain Arr
thought about trade rights, he was concerned about security and hinted
STRONGLY that he planned military action if LotC were allowed to maintain
ownership of Azrain. Now you say that the only Plato requirement is open
trade and resource gathering within 3 provinces of Yellowleaf. I just want to
know which is the real demand.

As for your suggestion that I keep track of who is speaking for Plato, might I
suggest that you keep track yourself? It's not my, or anybody else's job, to
figure out just what in the heck Plato wants. It's your responsibility to
make yourself clear. And if you don't, you will receive posts asking
questions - much like you have over the last week. As long has you have 3
spokesmen all posting to the same source but posting contrasting opinions, you
will have misunderstandings. In gcoa, where Plato has only one rep, we don't
have these problems. I was merely asking if a similar tact could be taken on
the list.

Finally, for your charge that I "dropped portions of the treaty on the
floor". If you're saying that not everything that everybody wanted was
included, then, guilty as charged. The whole point of the treaty was that
everybody gave a little, everybody got a little. These deals were not secret.
Mark H. (Captain Arr) was Plato's rep in the negotiations and he was
intimately involved in the deal. I also know that Mark CCed both you and Ming
on most of the emails concerning the division of the former New Empire lands,
and I CCd you on many myself. The completed treaty was posted on the gcoa
list prior to posting in the Times and all parties were asked again if they
had any questions or problems. It was assumed the Mark, as Plato rep to gcoa,
conferred with the rest of his group before accepting the deal.
I believe I did all I could reasonably be expected to.
