Err, that's an interesting interpretation of the treaty. So it's now o.k.
for Eagle to send Camaris troops back to the Yellowleaf area?

Having said that, I'll agree that I see no reason that unarmed traders
shouldn't have freedom of movement (and trade) in Azrain. I would like the
LotC to explain this situation and why they are chasing PLATO members away.
I'd also like to determine the opinion of this group about whether PLATO
or Camaris EA members can send unarmed nobles to the Yellowleaf region on
peaceful missions.
