This note comes from the New World Order, not PLATO. As before, when I
spoke on this issue, I speak for myself, not my alliance. I am no
diplomat, therefore I did participate in the Yellowlaf Peace Accord
discussions. However, before the peace was agreed to I did publicly
state that I would not accept the city of Azrain to be under the control
of either the New Empire or the Lords of the Crown. I stated that the
city is too close to my homeland for me to countenace it's control by
those who have no honor. My position has not changed.
