List revelence? (Was: RE: Blood/Sweat and Tears?)

Really? That's odd. I had always beleive these types of posts were revelent
in the g2-list. The g2-list had always been that, a list of
Announcements/Role-Play/Discussion about all things G2.

Now, you could argue that the Role-playing aspects should stay in the
Times. Unfortunally, I don't beleive you could contain it there even if you
wanted it. There are times you want to start and discuss for next turn.
Speed is a very important aspect when your planning turns. If the "Open
Appeal for Peace" and the discussion that followed it had stayed only in
the times, it would still be going on. Or perhaps not as the war planning
could not have slowed enough to keep the communication lines open.

Funny thing is, I always beleived that the "long winded discussions of
obscure rule points" was more of a design issue and should be in the design
list.

'Course, thats for the listmoms to decide.
