Okay, what if the tradegoods command could only be issued by the owner of
the castle in the city; or
What if the tradegoods command issued by the holder of the castle in the
city had a 50% chance of working, but when issued by any ordinary joe it
was only 10%?
What if every successful use of rare tradegoods finding/markets was
reflected by an above-the-press report in the _Times_? Scary, huh?
