|No, and yes. I'm not assuming that you have a choice -- it may be that
|all the trade is being exploited in your area, as well as all the
|land. On the other hand, existing factions have plenty of places that
|new castles can be built by newbies; they raise the civ level and are
|always a good thing.

I'm not sure about Greg, but I have no place that I would want a newbie to
build a castle. While it would raise the civ level, I don't think the
castle
builder would let me garrison it. I'm sure he would want to garrison the
area
to his new castle. Unless I was planning to take over this castle
eventually.....
