Apparently a member of PLATO suggested that, hypothetically speaking,
if group A attacked group B, then group C might consider joining
group D to attack group A.

This is considered "interfer[ing] in the Ussun War".

I still don't know what it is, but I'm amazed that a hypothetical note
like that gets called "interfering". Heck, here I thought we'd invaded
or something... a good trick when the continent in question isn't even
on my map! Next I'll learn I curdle milk.
